A stay at the Pulitzer Hotel is a historic journey into the Golden Age. Discover the Dutch elegance in an intricate labyrinth of 25 interconnected canal houses from the 17th and 18th century. Once a flourishing trade place and home of the decadent and extravagant aristocracy, there is now a splendid hotel. After a complete renovation, which was completed in August 2016, this secluded neighborhood offers cozy rooms, quiet indoor gardens, meeting and function rooms, a garden café, a hotel bar and a restaurant. The Pulitzer is a unique mixture of exclusive, traditional and modern expertise hidden in the heart of the iconic canals of the city.
The lighting was also renewed during the renovation. Linear light is now used to create a warm atmosphere and to maximize the effect of the architecture in the public rooms of this hotel. In the hotel bar and the restaurant light lines are used at the bar and emphasize the structure of the materials. In the "Saxonburg Room", which can be used as a meeting or banqueting venue, a ceiling cove was created. The pleasant indirect light gives the room a refined ambiente.
