Bespoke project
Inaugurated by the President of the Republic in May 2015, the ACTe Memorial is the Caribbean Center of Expressions and Memory of Slave Trade and Slavery with unique architecture in the Caribbean.
The ACTe Memorial, a monumental 12-metre high and 275-metre long walkway, was built on the site of the former Darboussier sugar factory and offers several discovery spaces:
- a permanent exhibition on 1700 m²
- a space dedicated to contemporary artistic creation during temporary exhibitions
- a panoramic garden, Morne Mémoire, with views of the ocean, the mountains of Basse-Terre and the bay of Pointe-à-Pitre.
We are very proud to have been able to participate, through the consultation of WE-EF, in the development within LED Linear™ France of a specific replacement product. Our product SOLUPROFIL RGB 48V DMX IP65 tubular goes hand in hand with WE-EF projectors to enhance this magnificent Memorial.
