LIGHT ON implemented as sole contractor the lighting concept for the newly renovated Reform Church Kollbrunn. With a sensitive and very atmospheric lighting, LIGHT ON underscores the architect’s airy and open design. The central element of the room is the altar wall that is highlighted as a sculpted-light element and which gives the church interior its clear alignment and allows both light and depth to take effect.
The second design element is the new interpretation of a circumferentially-running frieze at head height. Thanks to the lighting and back-lighting of this strip, the horizontal in the room is well lit and the dimensions of the room are captured. The radiation angle of the LED downlights which are integrated into the ceiling can be smoothly dimmed and individually set. The various applications were realized with the LED tapes VarioLEDÍ Flex HYDRA HD15 and VarioLED™ Flex HYDRA HD25.
